About the role
Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing Key accounts- Achieving secondary & Primary targets by new delta addition month on month
- Liaison with distributors to attain the sales plan for the month/year.
- Based on market/brand requirements, strategize and devise proposals, seek approvals, execute the same per company norms, and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Ensure distribution of the quarterly targets to the team members at the individual level.
- Ensuring the basic sales discipline is maintained via the sales reports and review reports shared by the Business Development Executives and Senior Business Development Executives.
- Ensure proper visibility of the brand in the B2B market.
- Monthly and Quarterly Sales forecasting should be done based on promotion plans, budgets, and market environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- 6+ years’ of work experience in high volume FMCG/beverages/durable Company.
- Must have handled a team of min 5-10 people
